My First Pregnancy
Oh boy! Exciting topic, let's talk pregnancy hehe.
Temuulen and I have always talked about having kids but we just never felt ready until 8 years into our relationship after road tripping across the country and living in LA for a year and coming back to Virginia to finally make the decision to start trying. I have to say that we were very lucky because we got pregnant after only 6 months of trying and was totally in shock when we found out we were pregnant with 8 weeks old baby.❤️
We found out so late was because I had no symptoms of pregnancy until apparently at 8 weeks I started feeling a bit off and not myself so I was just curious and took the test and there it was "Pregnant". We were both completely in shock, even though we were trying to get pregnant lol. It just seemed so unreal and we literally sat there looking at the test results for 10 minutes and staring at each other with a blank look on our faces, wish we would have filmed it would have been funny to watch now.

In my first trimester, I didn't have any symptoms other than fatigue and tiredness. I felt like sleeping beauty lol. I was so drained and tired that all I wanted to do was sleep no matter where I was, I literally slept 16 hours a day and was barely awake for the rest of the 8. It was so hard to stay focused at work and to even try to exercise, I had no energy to do literally anything. However other than fatigue I was fine no other sickness thankfully. For my cravings, all I wanted to eat was watermelon and pizza lol interesting combo but that's what I wanted.
Then when my second trimester hit, it was a completely different story because I had a huge burst of energy. It felt so good to feel normal again and to be out of the bed and active. It was the perfect time to go back to working out and eating healthy, however for some reason I didn't have any desire for vegetables especially broccoli and spinach which is what I loved to eat before pregnancy so that was a bummer. I tried to eat it in so many different ways but it just tasted like soap in my mouth, disgusting!
Finally for my third trimester, there wasn't much change from second to third but I did feel little bit more tired because of how heavy my belly was getting and since I do work in retail I'm constantly on my feet walking or even running lol. However the last month of my pregnancy was the longest month ever because I just wanted to have my son in my hand already and my patience was running thin. I was working out almost everyday and stretching to prepare for labor. Also as my due date got closer I reseached so many ways to induce my labor naturally and tried almost all of the methods but none worked and stayed pregnant until my induction day.
Stay tuned for my sons labor and delivery blog that will be posted soon.
